Linda and her husband, David, moved to the valley in 1968 so David could be a large animal vet and Linda could teach school. While living here they had three children, two of whom still live in the area. The third lives in Maine.

Linda loves to travel and went to many parts of the world as a delegation leader for People to People. She still travels and tries to spend as much time as possible in her condo in Arizona.

Linda’s interest in the arts goes back to her playing an instrument in grade school. She still enjoys playing in the Mt. Washington Valley Band where she was one of the original members. She has been on the Board of Directors for Arts Jubilee for 28 years, serving 5 years as its president. She still teaches music two days a week for grades K-6 so has the opportunity to have hands-on experience with school children.

Linda sells real estate for Badger Realty, has been president of the White Mountain Board of Realtors, and is presently co-chairman for the community service committee. She also serves as the head of a committee for the Christmas Stocking Project, a group that gets sponsors for about 30 local children a year to assure that they have a good Christmas.

Linda has been on the advisory board of Mountain Top Music Center since 2014. She is happy to be part of a great team of people who care about giving our valley quality cultural events.
